Niece called to confirm that Covid safety was adhered to and asked when she would be going , days and what she would be taking , no issues expressed at all when she asked. Went in with a full car of items be told that she was not able to donate and then another SR volunteer stick her nose in to say we were only allowed to send two bags. Appreciate the current climate and restrictions but will never donate to them again and communication and attitude was appalling , will never use or donate to them again !!!!

I love the Sue Ryder store I have had lots of stuff from them and have also donated stuff for them, everything is well displayed, clean and in great condition, the staff are so helpful and cheerful.i will be going down the soon as I need an OEM of furniture for my summer house.
