I don?t appreciate being told ?you should have thought about ordering these before now? when I had an emergency appointment this morning and only just prescribed antidepressants today and the doctor told me to have them from today. The rudeness and the way I was spoken to was out of line and unprofessional and upsetting. Never be quick to presume people?s circumstances.

This Pharmacy never meets the deadline to have a prescription ready, it?s a constant ?no sorry it?s not ready can you come back later?? Meaning on occasions there are three visits to pick up one prescription. There is one curt, rude member of staff who you will no doubt encounter at the front of the pharmacy. There are better pharmacies locally. I suggest you try those!

Every time I get my repeat prescription I have to make 3 trips to collect it. Staff are very rude and don`t care. left my 87 year old mother without pain killers, and I sure you`ll answer with some lame excuse well you can shove that where the sun don`t shine.

Extremely bad,and the Woman that I have nick names The Furore thinks she's a Doctor,even though she's not a pharmacist. Twice I reported the store to the Main branch,as the Furore wouldn't give me my repeat prescription. So I'm no longer welcome in there which is a good thing. As they Never have the meds in,and speak to people like they're a P O S.. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague.

Medication often not ready on time even when you phone the week before to confirm and ask when medication will be ready. Time and time again I go, sometimes giving it a few days and still to be told to call back. Very poor communication and staff give no care or compassion when this happens.
