Similar experience to another reviewer.I came here with my son (who is 22, by the way). I understand the trials and tribulations of retail, however the management in this store have done a poor job of manning the store, I went in to get something for an emergency and I was stuck at the till for a good 15 minutes. There are ways to mitigate this but no effort to do so was visible.

Too hot, outside are was a mess. Customers smoking directly outside with their smoke coming inside. Selection of goods seemed all over the place with some here some there meaning we almost missed the products we needed. We won't be in a hurry to return. Sort the cleanliness and housekeeping out please.
