“I visited today in my power chair. It was very easy to navigate around the store- there are two ramps so you can go to the different levels. Staff were all very friendly and happy to oblige- offering to move anything in my way (but nothing was as they clearly were mindful of access).”
“I went into the store today to purchase an item with a Love To Shop e-voucher. As I wasn't entirely sure of the process I asked a member of staff for assistance.Dianne went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful,professional and polite, even when she was unsure, she got another staff member who was on his break, to assist. Dianne is an absolute asset to the store and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.”
