I had to go in to pick up a parcel because it took me too long to get to the door - I was recovering from a major operation, so it took me a bit longer to get to my front door, but I was always home. I tried to talk to someone about this issue to see if something could be arranged, like leaving the parcels by my gate or just waiting a couple of extra minutes for me to get the door, but they basically told me to stick it. They appear to have no provisions for disabled customer other than to collect parcels from the delivery office.... which is not precisely easy for disabled customers. I can't imagine how difficult this may be for people whose disabilities are permanent.

They never try to get in touch when they have a parcel to deliver. Just throw a postcard on your door and disappear. After 10 minutes, you are notified in the application that you have missed delivery. Delivery Attempt - No Answer. There is no Delivery Attempt at all. It's just a useless service that I don't recommend to anyone.

I own a b&b and have needed to collect a parcel and take one to the sorting office, but it is only open until 10am of which I?m busy working during that time and on a Saturday it is open until 12noon of which is my busiest day!Hours of opening are ridiculous. Then the one day I was able to get, it was closed due to being on strike! Does not accommodate a seasonal town nor operate during reasonable hours. Awful!!!

Received delivery for someone else??? Haven't got my delivery after leaving specific instructions, phoned them, reset my delivery for today, guess what, it didn't arrive..Royal mail should stick to delivering letters. Let professionals deliver the parcels.

Absolutely pathetic that they couldn't even notify customers that there was an issue in skegness.We recently moved house and now all documents are trapped in their system.Bank cards, Driving license, utility documents, council tax plus many more.After contacting Royal Mail they said the local office would make it a priority for these items to be delivered.Guess what still no mail for over a week now, a statement has now been issued saying no first or second class mail will be delivered.To add insult to injury a Royal Mail van pulled up at my property today to delive one single item to another property.Imagine the overtime clearing the backlog, or is that just me been cynical.
