Smallest Burger King I've ever been to but I still sat in and had some great food - the Peppercorn Angus burger was delicious! Atmosphere was nice enough with music being played from the kitchen area.

The food was well presented, hot and fresh and the service was quick and pleasant. Can't ask for more in a fast food spot.

The worst burger I've ever been served up. Cold, undercooked, loveless, soggy, flavourless, and dry. You couldn't have done a worse job if you tried. Refunded in coins. Annoying. Total mick take.

The card machines on the self service stations were not working. I tried for 10 minutes to try and place an order but was unable. My partner went to the counter and said that the machines weren't working and were told 'ow we know, I just haven't turned them off yet.' Just a quick shout across the counter letting us know they weren't working would have been fantastic!

Not for me! Had to stop for drink on the way home from Yorkshire and this was the only place open on bank holiday. Coffee was drinkable but food was tasteless

A most disappointing experience. We have always rated Burger King over other similar brands on the basis that they produce fresh high quality burgers, They always got it right. Except this time. We placed our order using the automated touch screens and waited for them to call our number. We checked on the screen and everything we ordered seemed ok. Upon receipt, we noticed that the majority of items were incorrect and we had to ask for them to swap out a large portion of the products for the correct ones. Even then, they still got it wrong and we ended up paying over £30 for incorrect items. Ok it was hot and fresh, but still, if you cannot even get it right using an automatic system, then what can you do. BK, you have rapidly gone downhill.

Popped in to an empty Burger King, so often when empty the staff couldn?t care less, however the 2 employees today where great! Essentially gave us a restaurant experience. Really friendly and helpful with our toddler. Honestly great service above and beyond.
