Just wasted 3 hours on a trip to get a Covid jab. Thanks to the lady who did ring me on the 17/11/2023 to ask if I could attend earlier as she wanted or needed to go home. I completely understand this. I did say I?d try to get there but did have to finish work and drive over and maybe a few minutes earlier but couldn?t guarantee it. She could have said no she couldn?t do the jab but no let?s let people travel and waste time and money. Thank you.

A change of ownership has resulted in an ultra modern and slick pharmacy. Some of the original staff still behind the counter. Good service with usually ample parking.

Excellent service, it has something a lot of places have lost, that is a friendly atmosphere, with someone always there to help, and I always use this pharmacy, over Tesco or the Doctors Surgery, as they are clinical and cold. Gohils is warm and friendly. I also like to support local businesses, and Gohills have been around a long time.I want to add, how absolutely astounded I was, when the doctors surgery built a pharmacy! When Gohils is so close, the good thing is, I never see a queue or a lot of people in there! If you want a chemist that will be helpful and sympathetic, use Gohills, if you want to be asked the same questions over and over, because they don?t know you, use the other cold pharmacies, but I highly recommend Gohils, none of the burocracy is repeated, and I am known by name, as are a lot of other people.Adam

Rang to check if a certain brand of medicine was stocked and advised it was. Husband goes to present prescription to be told 'they don't stock it'. Waste of time and a 10 mile journey. Not impressed.
