It?s a task to get from the front door to the till without being questioned about why you are there from numerous members of staff. I don?t want to tell people in the queue why I am at the bank but also the staff need to communicate with each other so customers are not being asked the reason they are there numerous of times within the 5 steps they take to the till. They have one staff member behind the desk and three out front chatting to each other.Maybe they need to stop asking customers why they are there and go behind the till to help with the queue.The people in the queue know they can?t use the machines for the issue they are queuing up for.

Went into bank to find out about another persons accounts who was with me to give permissions to ask about the accounts. The lady was very patient and helpful, printing out statements and explaining certain transactions etc. We were very impressed with the lady and how co-operative and helpful she was. A credit to the organisation.

Terrible customer service. Very few staff in store and not willing to help. Poor opening hours.
