“Friendly and enjoyable pub with the team always helpful and engaging. Lots of events laid on throughout the year for charity and for the village. Have yet to try the food but assured it is awesome and looking forward to it. The only issue is I live in Northern Ireland, otherwise, this would definitely be my local but get to enjoy it on a monthly basis when staying in Ruskington.”

“Called in for a quick pint after a day out in Newark. What a cracking little pub, welcoming and cozy. The landlord, Steve, recommended a beer and we ended up having a couple. It's a little gem and it won't be the last time I visit. It's got a great local pub vibe and Heckington itself is a pretty village which is bypassed by the A17....definitely worth a detour.”
