Me and my partner were looking for a holiday to Bali for summer 2025. Our appointment was with Katie who was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She showed us our options for our budget and even went to the trouble of showing us our options for a different destination that we wanted to visit for comparison to make sure we made the right choice. Katie was super friendly and approachable and made our first trip to a travel agents flawless - she listened to everything we wanted and got us the best timed flights. It was even better that she had been to Bali herself so could recommend some brilliant places to visit and excursions they had on offer! We will definitely be using TUI in the future for a stress free, personal experience. We cannot wait for our holiday - thank you Katie ??

Great service every time from the team in Sleaford. They are helpful and knowledgeable, just booked our next cruise with Debbie who sorted everything out for us. We used to book online and on one occasion was put through to them to sort a query and even though we are not local we now call this store every time as appreciate the service.
