Popped into the shop today to check the measurements of the microwave I wanted to buy as they seemed totally wrong on line? All the staff couldn?t have been any more helpful. Within seconds the microwave was at the counter and the lady happily open the box, took the microwave out and let me look at it thoroughly and even measure it myself just to be sure if it?s size. Once I was happy with it they boxed it all back up for me and secured it safely while I paid. Thank you ladies of Argos Spalding for all your help, great customer service ??

Ordered abd paid online to use the click and collect service. Argos texted me when the item was ready to collect. So easy....

Brought item from them Sunday morning and when I got home and opened the box up the contents was badly damaged so I went back and returned it for my money back however after being asked 3 times whether I used the item and explaining to then that i hadn't they refused to give me my money back and gave me an exchange but by this time I had lost all interest in the what I had brought hence why I wanted the money back. I Wont be using them again ?

Bought a lamp (£75) which was slightly damaged/badly made/been used/picked up from a dustbin. One of the screw holes didn?t even line up properly. It was rusty in places?but I wanted to keep it as they didn?t have any more in stock but requested part refund/voucher as compensation and was told there was nothing they could do other then to return it?poor customer service

Spent over £100 on a pair of earrings and the sales assistant just threw them over the counter to me in a bag, followed by the box for me to pack them into. Then looked straight past me to the customer behind me and said ?next please!? Ignorant and arrogant and needs taking down a notch- which is why the CEO has been contacted about the treatment given to me. I was a CUSTOMER spending £100+ not a £3.99 piece of junk, so to throw them at me was disgusting. I wonder if it?s because I ordered online and they were already paid for so who cares? Would she have been so ignorant if she?d have had to take money for them? Maybe she?d have treated them with a bit more respect? I?ll never purchase from Argos again- because this was the second time I?ve been treated disrespectfully and contacted the CEO apologised with a £20 gift card- so I gave Argos another chance- but then this- there will be no more chances now after this. Argos staff don?t seem happy and take their misery out of the customers- well THIS time you picked on the wrong one! Get another job if you hate it so much- or is it just the customers you hate- news flash! Without customers you don?t have a job! Also would like to add, that due to covid restrictions we are all advised to wear a mask, the Argos website states that the staff will wear masks also, that there is dividers on the checkouts and that desks will be disenfected between customers, none of that is true. I wore a mask, the staff did not, there were no dividers and the desk was not wiped clean when my earrings were tipped out unceremoniously like plastic jewellery out of a lucky-bag.... sonsidering they were going to be worn throuh a piercing, I would have thought cleanliness of the desk would be paramount..... apparently customer safety does NOT apply at the Spalding store.

Brought a product in and was refused a refund, which would have been fine if the staff weren't so rude to me. The manager was snappy with me and kept interrupting me while I was talking. As I turned to leave the store, I could hear her making fun of me to her colleagues. Looking at the other reviews on here, it seems that the staff here are rude to everybody, I can't believe a reputable company like Argos would allow this unprofessional behaviour to continue unchecked. Stay away from this store!

My advice to anyone who wants to purchase anything in Argos,don't,they refuse to take back and refund your payment if the product is faulty.So if you pay online and go to click and collect they illigally take your money on line and you will not get a refund.Discraceful way of treating customer's.Use Amazon instead.

Oh dear what has happened to Argos .. Went in to purchase 6 items and came away with one (not even the one i really wanted) Either everything out of stock or you have to order it online ..
