I dont care to much for the new manager she is rude and grumpy the shop its self is good full of bargains but the attuitde of some staff is a lot to be desired.

Poor customer service
When I was served at the till, I had alcohol in the basket. Was asked for ID. Iâ??m nearly 26. 25 and 11 months to be precise. After providing ID, James, the assistant at the till, said he canâ??t sell me the beer because Iâ??m not 25. Told him to check again because Iâ??m over 25. After he took his time, clearly he had difficulty reading an ID, he said he wonâ??t sell me the beer.
Didnâ??t mind the fact I was rejected whatâ??s in my legal right to buy, his bossy attitude and disrespectful manner was what was left to be desired.
The problem is with the guy who put this James in a customer facing position.
Disappointing.
