If I could give no stars I would. The service in here is dreadful. I will never be stepping back in this boots

It's one of the small Boots store, mainly a Pharmacy rather than the shop side so it's expected that they only have a limited range of products. The staff are great and very friendly too.

Getting a bit fed up with this pharmacy now.

Despite the Boots website claiming the shop is wheelchair accessible this is not true. It's a small shop but could easily be ramped to give equal access to services for all the community, especially now prescription reviews are done by pharmacists not GPs. Other services are being farmed out to pharmacies by the nhs, but if you are disabled at best you will have to sit outside in the rain with all and sundry listening in. Obviously if you are disabled you have to pay cash here too as card payments would need access to the back of the shop. The pharmacy at the doctors is only for people with certain postcodes and there is no flexibility in this, so Boots are the only pharmacy for non drivers living in Long Sutton. Obviously Boots couldn't care less and neither could the local health authority. The service in this shop is erratic, recently my experiences have been more positive, but until quite recently service has at times been awful. I'm assuming that it is very much dependant on who is working there at the time.
