15/01/2021 09: 14, young ladies serving my person turned out to be very tired and very unpleasant to the fact that I wanted to pay to inflate 40 balloons with helium.After long negotiations about the time of collection and quantity I managed to negotiate that only 12 balloons of 40 will be inflated and I had to wait 5 hours.Fortunately, in between I found a private person who inflated the remaining number of balloons with helium in less than 30min, and here is how they looked after unpacking, after 10min of driving to home ( see pictures with gold balloons ) all 12 balloons every single one fell to the floor, fortunately 28 balloons from a private person (balloons in the sky) to this day (that is 21/01/2022) are still floating.In the one photo where I am holding two balloons, the one on the left from a private person and the one on the right from this company, you can see the difference in the size of the inflation and how the balloon dropped

Rang to ask the opening hours post covid,got told open til 5.30 as normal.Went twice late afternoon & the shop was shut. You missed out on a seriously big sale!
