My wife and I were due to go to Cyprus for our Spring holiday obviously it was cancelled . Spalding travel handled everything superbly.. we requested a total refund and Spalding travel rang me two weeks after we would have returned from Cyprus to tell me that they were transferring the full amount very shortly. Helped us find our dream holiday, nothing was too much trouble! The staff were amazing when it came to having to cancel due to Covid, and we had our money back in the bank within the expected timeframe.
