Absolutely diabolical! Staff have no idea what they are doing. They are more of a risk to our health than anything. Same medication every 2 weeks for 4 years! (oh, we don't keep that in stock) Would be better off replacing the pharmacy with an ice cream stall!Lloyds management, please please do a spot check on this awful place.

What a shambles! I made my first order with Lloyds online and in due course received an email confirming delivery to my local Lloyds in Sainsburys. I made a specific journey to collect only to be told it wasn't there. Two days later we made the same journey with the same outcome.So on Monday I rang customer services and spoke to a really helpful young man who apologised and reordered the items and said he'd arranged express next day delivery. Today I rang again and spoke to another helpful young lady. It seems he must have 'selected store delivery again in error'.So it should be there tomorrow.....another journey. I'm not holding my breath. My first online delivery is most definitely my last.

Shows as the late night pharmacy in Spalding but when I got there, no pharmacist so not able to get anything. Had I known I'd have gone to Boston Asda to start with!!!

Absolute joke 3 times tried to get my prescription first time 45 minute wait 2nd time there was no pharmacist 3rd time 45 minute wait again some people do have busy lives not impressed!!

No matter when I come to get my prescription I always have to wait 15-30 minutes. Once I couldn't wait so I left prescription and was told it will be ready the next day. I came 2 days later and guess what, it wasn't ready. Waste of time, I switched to Lloyd's direct, much easier and no more standing in ridiculous queue ?

Absolutely useless! Went to get over the counter pain meds as shop shelf drugs didn?t work, no chemist! Went next day after getting prescription and an hour wait! Girl at counter dull as dish water and not helpful at all. Shall not be going there again!Walked to boots, 2 minutes, prescription completed, well done Boots, fantastic service

Appalling customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Whenever I?ve gone to collect a prescription, no matter how long I leave it (I?ve left it as long as a week in the past and as little as 5 hours), my medication is never ready to be collected. I?ve been told that it?ll take up to an hour for the prescription to be ready. The staff are rude; one young lady in particular is so blasé about the wait time. I?ve already changed my dispensing chemist. I?ve complained on numerous occasions and nothing has changed.

A truly shocking and very stressful experience. My treatment was devoid of courtesy, arrogant and not in the least helpful and this is 2022!If you value your dignity avoid at all cost.The one star above is a mandatory field and doesn?t deserve to be there in my opinion.

Emergency prescription sent in 4 days ago for parents to help with breathing, Not ready Friday as it was an emergency and still not ready after an hour wait and told could be an other half hour to an hour.

Shambolic. Prescription was sent from the doctor Monday 6 December. Yesterday Lloyds system was down so they couldn't process it. Went back tonight 8th December, still not ready. Requested Prescription back and took it to a proper Pharmacy and collected medicine in 10 minutes.

Place has gone down hill. No matter when a prescription is ordered it is never ready. Seems like walk ins are getting priority...ordered a prescription a week in advance and not even been printed off the system when I get there to collect. Will be 30 mins. Leave it 40 and still not ready. Not sure what's happened to the place but not very good at all. May need to fine some place else to get prescription from...

They are never ready. They ask you to wait 15 minutes - half hour and then when you return they give you some excuse about a new computer system and could you wait another half hour. I?ve had the Sam excuse for the past 2 and a bit months. This is ridiculous. Never had such poor service from a pharmacy.

It does not matter how long they have had the prescription it is never ready for collection.Be prepared to be told 'it will be 15 minutes'. That is the standard answer to almost everybody and even then it is very rare that it is ready in 15.I am moving to another Pharmacy!
