Lodging in Spalding, Lincolnshire

“We were a family group of 3 couples - and stayed for 2 nights at the Woodlands Hotel. The stand-out things about Woodlands were the warmth of their welcome, the super-accommodating staff who couldn't do enough for us, and the quality of their catering. Our rooms had everything we needed: kettle, tea & coffee, TV, hot showers, toiletries, WiFi, hairdryer, and adequate sockets for phone charging. (Extra towels, pillows etc were available on request). The beds were comfy, and the blinds/curtains kept the rooms dark until morning. We were not disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfast was splendid and plentiful. Though evening meals were not cooked on site, they could have been brought in for us from our choice of local restaurant on a comprehensive list. The hotel bar was small and cosy, and we were all able to order the drinks we wanted, and could relax in comfort. We had a very happy stay here. ?”

“As we got out of the car was welcomed by Brian very warm welcome had a lovely double room at the front no noise at all the owners are so friendly and helpful room was warm and very clean and the breakfast was a real treat a full English I can only say this is a a really nice place I will be going back for a longer stay well done Rosie and Brian”

“First class service. So helpful with arranging delivery of my bed. Delivery time was between 10am - 12. Bed arrived at 10.15am Saturday morning . The men fitted it together. Took all the wrapping away. So efficient. Lovely Divan and such a comfortable mattress. Couldn't find fault with anything. Would recommend Fitzgerald's every time.”
