Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I visited for the first time today for a covid jab appointment and was really impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and popularity of the store.

I agree with some other reviewers on here about service going downhill since many of the staff have changed. One young lady in particular can be extremely rude & unhelpful - apparently it is not acceptable to arrive 5mins before the advertised closing time! Even tho it only takes 30 seconds to ask for & receive a regular prescription.... "you should come in half an hour before closing" she virtually barked at me!! Maybe you should get a different job I thought, one that doesn't involve interacting with the public!! Alternatively I'm happy to give customer service training, free of charge, for such a needy case!

Not the same place it used to be. The original staff are still lovely but more recent additions to the team are very rude and unable to show empathy to patients who may need extra support due to their health. When things go wrong it's always someone else's fault. Just plain old poor customer service .I used to go in and purchase gifts as well as medication but now would rather travel further to be treated more like a human being instead of a pain in arse!

Crowded, busy, and disappointing. I'm not sure why this place went so downhill. Always used to get great service and support and help. I was told they have never sold something I bought from them before. I could barely get a word in edgeways to the pharmacist, and the advice was obviously unhelpful and seemed more interested in getting rid of me.

Jan and Paul have done a brilliant job at Nene so nothing bad to say about them but the new owners have turned it into chaos by changing to a different system apparently they trained at Boots so that says it all why would you change something that worked so well for years doesn?t make sense apparently they will not be holding as much stock so telling customers on a Friday afternoon they do not have certain pills to dispense prescriptions till Tuesday is not a duty of care to the community.

I think the staff at this Pharmacy are first class. Your always greeted with a smile even when they are very busy. They always do there best to help you if they can. They know a lot of the customers by name and are very officiant and well organised. Thank you for your dedication. Sheila. Harrington-Shaw. xx

Could you please tell me who owns the pharmacy, as I would like to know who I can make a complaint to about the behaviour of an employee Chrissy Bunnage on social media, and her behaviour towards a person with a disability. Someone working in healthcare should know that disability shaming is unacceptable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Avoid Saturdays as you will be queuing outside for ages.
