Generally pretty good. Occasionally you get served by a particular lady who seems to have an attitude problem ! However the worst example of service lies with thier Passport Service.I recently applied for mine through them. It cost me an extra £16 for the privilidge only for the person completing the form to put the WRONG postcode on the application. I mean, how difficult could that be when she had my old passport in front of her to copy details from !!! Needless to say it has caused immense problems as the passport was returned to HM Passports by TNT. Consequently I spent 1 & 1/2 hours on the phones to them yesterday being passed from pillar to post. Now I have to wait for them to email me with instructions on how to write to them ( ? ) to explain the situation before they will send it back to me ! What a F. Up ! In 10 years, if I survive, I won't be going anywhere near the Post Office !!!

Shocking service. Very rude to people and clear profiteering going on. No pricing on packing supplies. One small padded envelope £3.99 when I got to the till. they prey on non English speaking by overcharging for these things, witnessed it myself. Shocking

Royal mail should pay their staff a little more that peanuts so people don't have to wait 25 minutes plusThe only guy who works there is great but can't see him there for much longer. I guess he barely has time to go to the toilet....

Very rude staff. I was posting a parcel. There are ways to ask what's in my parcel. Not 'what's in your parcel'. 'I need to know.' Your providing a service. Learn some manners!

Absolutely disgusted, ZERO Customer service. for 20 mins I waited. 1 staff member helping a customer the other sat working but ignoring the fact I was even waiting. I would have complained to the manager but as it was her ignoring my presence I didn't see much point so I left

Good Post Office with friendly staff and a limited but practical range of postal products. They have a photo booth, a candy/toy dispenser and a coin operated car ride. Not sure why envelopes are so expensive, though. I buy mine elsewhere. One thing that bothered me a few weeks ago was that I saw a young European lady being interrogated about her Moneygram transaction. This young lady had a toddler with her and was being asked all sorts of things: where she knew the man she was sending money to (her dad) from, where he lives, if he's always lived there, and all sorts of things that I found to be unnecessary and distasteful. I should know, because I understood everything the young lady was saying. I realised immediately that she's my conational, and that she wasn't proficient in English. I'd used Moneygram before, at loads of post offices and news agents', and I'd never seen anything like it. If this is routine procedure at this post office, it needs to change. If I'd been in that young lady's shoes, I would have taken my business online. The MG website doesn't prod you like that. In fact, they ask you absolutely nothing. Anyway, that's the one thing that bothered me. Otherwise, this post office is small but nice, and I visit it several times per month when I buy my stamps and packaging supplies. I don't even need to do that. It would be cheaper to just buy them online. But it's a nice pitstop on my way to the high street. I like the architecture of the building.
