Never had a problem here. Staff do their jobs as they should. Queuing at a Post Office is the same everywhere.Maybe some people expect too much ?

Absolutely terrible service. Three staff standing around watching the fourth serve. At least 15 queuing outside waiting. Such an old fashioned institution with awful customer service.

Whenever I go to use their services the staff make everything into a drama, which is a shame. But otherwise, offers usual range of services. With good parking, and easily accessible. Colocated with Coop food store, pharmacy, and the local library.

Absolutely disgusting service from them. They can't crack a smile to save there life's and overcharging me to send a video game by classifying it as a small parcel instead of a large letter which is basically what it is. USE HERMES

The single slowest post office in the uk!!!!Staff are sooooooo slow it?s daft . I get an hour for lunch and normally spend most of it watching them chat about life in general?

Just want to say thank you to the team at the post office for helping me out with sending a parcel in these difficult times with the local DO's closed. Very helpful and friendly staff!

My oldest son lives out in Canada who has 2 children, l love doing their Christmas gift buying, and l spend up to £100 on posting their gifts. I had 5 parcels and went into the post office but each parcel was rejected! Can?t send one parcel as it was too heavy, went home and repackage it, rejected again as l had put a bracelet in it, ho no you can?t send jewellery unless it?s costume jewellery! The second, can?t send this parcel as it has a toy in it, by this time l was getting very annoyed, the assistant said there was many restrictions and was not in the mood to help, l replied, what am l supposed to send a 3 and 5 year old for Christmas! She replied, you can send money via transfer! Poor kids they would be so disappointed! I left and went to Weston post office who were very helpful, and all of my 5 parcels were sent with no problems and all have arrived safely. Holbeach post office has not got my custom any moreSorry rant over

Always understaffed and overstretched, I will never understand why Whaplode and Fleet post offices were closed. Holbeach is OK if you are an OAP with nothing else to do with your time other than stand in a queue chatting.
