Decent little outlet with a fantastic breakfast in the Noshery Restaurant. Everything is clean and well thought out. If I had to knock it on anything, it would be how the car parking situation is, it's a decent size but fills up quickly and on the day we went up, they weren't allowing us to park in the additional parking area.

We used this as a stopping point to break up a journey. It wasn't clear there were parking charges from the website, and we couldn't see any signs there that said what the charges were either. However, we only had to pay £1 for under two hours, so that was very reasonable.A good range of shops, and we enjoyed exploring the festival gardens. We didn't go into Adventure Land, but it looked fun from outside!

I'm a shopperholic and I love my designer outlets!This one, however, is probably one of the worst, being the smallest one I've ever visited with very little interesting shops for my personal experience.One of the restaurants on site (can't remember name) did really good cake but they aren't cheap prices. Beautiful little venue though.As I say shops aren't to my taste and we spent less than an hour here. Can't believe you have to pay for parking too, don't get this at many of the outlets across the country.More than likely won't return

Enjoyed the day. My kind of shops and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. VIP app discount wasn't accepted in most of the shops we went into didn't accept it. Would be helpful if each shop had signage to say if VIP taken or not so you don't have to ask everytime you are in a shop. Only one shop asked if we had the app. Still enjoyed the day though.

Lovely shopping centre. Good selection of shops, some bargains to be had, and all very clean. Refreshing not to have dogs all over the place; it really makes a difference. Beautifully maintained grounds to walk around. I'll be coming back

I have been visiting and observing the venue for past 13 years, it changed and evolved. From my perspective for good. Lots of room for everyone, shops, flowers and so on...Good place to get your youngest ones for a walk but not only, there are few activities addressed just for them. I hope no one would say they regret visiting Springfields.

Very clean and tidy. Lots of smaller shops with a good selection to choose from. Plenty of easy parking at £2 a day. Very good. Disability friendly etc. Only down is the restraunt on the right as you enter from the main car park is total expensive rubbish. Avoid at all costs. I gave them £70 for food we could not eat. If you stay away from their all good. I will take sandwiches next time i go.

I visit the outlet whenever I am in the areaIt has lots to offer to all ages from play areas, gardens, places to grab a bite, discounted shopping , water features, miniature train rides, the list goes on .

We are annual visitors from out of town, have been multiple times. Its clean, tidy, loads of shops, loads of good value shopping, we buy a lot every time we visit. Decent restaurants which are clean and good service. Parking is a fair price. Toilets clean and in good working order. Overall its very good.

It's one of the best place to go for shopping with children.The only disadvantage is lack of food courts. Only subway &Costa coffee is in there.

Only giving this 3 stars as a shopping outlet, very limited shops all very pricey. The food drink establishments are extortionate in price. Disabled parking is v poor considering most visitors were elderly on my visit.The positive was the gardens and walks with well kept borders and fountains are fabulous. Take a picnic and sit in gardens. Don't bother with shops ?Really not worth a visit won't be going back

Depending on the time of year, the gardens here are well worth a visit. This review is based on a visit during the last week of April with the tulips in full bloom! It was absolutely stunning and an absolute joy to walk around. The outlet itself has a very good selection of shops and a new updated Skechers store which is excellent! **Make sure you join the Springfield VIP and get 10% off in that store, amongst others**But as my photos show this time of year its 100% worth a visit for the gardens alone... Top job ? highly recommended.

Beautiful gardens at the rear of the shopping centre, well worth visiting during the spring, especially when the tulips ???are in bloom!There are a great variety of shops and worth the trek, even from Leicester!
