If you want to buy second hand books, or to discuss the weather this is the place for you. They might consider banking but only if time allows. It will then take them four months to find the information that you sent them and deal with complaints. There is little wonder there is no place for market town banks anymore with this level of service.

I am pleased to see that a cash machine has now been installed, but a bigger improvement would be Saturday opening. I must say that everything else I have needed since switching has been available.

Short opening hours, no cash machines and they usually try to make an appointment for me with an account advisor every time I go in (rarely).
