A disgrace as there is rubbish all over the place and especially in the drainage ditch just where the cars park. Drivers just throw their rubbish in it, this is harmful to the environment. There are at least 5 bins scattered on the forecourt so no excuse.Despite comment, still the same, the ditch outside the garage where cars park along is full of rubbish, I understand the public using the facilities is responsible for this but the garage manager should take action at least put signs to discourage people dumping their rubbish in it through no litter signs or cctv signs instead of rubbish and dirty advertising boards.

Took 5 minutes for the person working there to post my letter so we said she could serve the two people waiting to pay for fuel before my partner posted his letter, only for her to serve them plus the next four people that came in and only got back to us once she'd served everyone else in the shop. Ended up taking us almost 20 minutes to get two letters posted.Been in to post something again today and had to wait whilst the same member of staff served 5 people in the regular queue before serving me at the post office till despite there only being one person in the regular queue when I got there. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to post a letter because an ignorant member of staff is ignoring you in favour of those that weren't even in the shop when you started waiting.Woman with shorter hair was very helpful though!

Always pleasant staff. Garage and shop Always clean. Toilets ? available.. post office services too...Coffee ? to go..Sometimes a queue for gas as on the way to Skegness.
