Very obliging initially but the fitting damage and the after sales service left a lot to be desired. Nothing was ever their fault, it was always someone else's.!!!!!!!!

This is without question the worst retailer I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We spent thousands with CJ carpets, and within a couple of weeks we noticed an issue with the flooring. We contacted the shop by phone immediately, and was promised a call back. NEVER HAPPENED then emailed the issue, NO RESPONSE. a number of calls and emails later still nothing! So I went into the shop to discuss the situation only to be met with ?it?s not my fault if he doesn?t call you? I was livid! This is not customer service. Weeks later still nothing! If it was up to me I would put warning on the outside of the shop. ENTER AT OWN RISK WE WILL TAKE YOUR MONER BUT WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY AFTER SERVICE!
