“Excellent service. They helped me to return a Hermes parcel today. It wasn’t straight forward for me as it was my first return but the helpful gentleman behind the counter was brilliant! Couldn’t do enough for me. We managed it eventually. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend this shop and garage. All the time I was there a steady flow of people in and out. Obviously they see the great customer service too! Fantastic!”

“Small store, no scanners, so I use the app on my phone. I wanted to buy bread for a barbecue but there wasn’t much choice which for 10 am on a Sunday morning didn’t seem great. Staff were helpful when I couldn’t reach the shelves from my wheelchair.”
“Waitrose is always nice. But it has to be the most disorganised carpark I've ever been to! The lines are poorly painted and lots of spaces are too narrow to park in, resulting in a lot of cars being parked across two spaces”

“We're lucky to have an M&S in Stamford that is the perfect size, offering a great variety of food and drink. The bakery is an added bonus! We love the Christmas food from M&S and collect it from the store, we've not been let down yet.The service is always polite and friendly, we visit perhaps monthly to grab some lunch or some percy pigs as a treat.”
