“A lovely shop that I visit from time to time to pick up certain products I love from here. Again today received great customer service. The only disappointment for me is seeing the staff STILL wearing face coverings. Such a shame, most other shops in town have dropped this now, thankfully. I thought Neals Yard would of cared more about their staff and let them choose for themselves whether or not they wish to breathe freely! Apparently it's their policy. Not really needed when the doors are usually open, distancing is easy and they now have a large screen up. There are enough studies out there now suggesting long term use of masks is likely to be detrimental to one's health. Quite ironic that as a company you promote natural health!”
