I pop into the Post Office occasionally and always receive a polite and helpful service. All the staff are lovely. I tend to deal with Adeel on a more regular basis and must say that he is most helpful in providing a professional service. He is always so cheery and is a great ambassador for the Post Office .

We post a large volume of letters with the Stamford Post Office along with our banking and find the information provided to be extremely contradictory. E.g. the letterbox outside outlines a 5:15pm collection, though I have since been informed it is usually collected at 4:45pm. Though this is understandable, it is obviously inconvenient for a lot of reasons. Most of the staff, Adeel in particular, I have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful, helpful and kind, which makes for a pleasant posting experience.
