30/1/24 visited with my daughter. Lady serving was very rude. She overheard us talking about needing to go due to an emergency plumbing situation at home - my husband called and had this conversation right in front of her, and she heard me telling my daughter we had 7 minutes, at which point my daughter was heading for the changing rooms.My daughter was very quick and the lady serving ignored me when I said excuse me to hang an item back up.Despite us talking about having a couple of minutes to meet our lift, she claimed a lady behind us was first. We were not aware of the lady and apologised, she was lovely and said she didn't mind if we were in a rush.The lady serving ignored that, took her things and served her anyway, saying "It's no big deal is it?" to us.I said to her she must have heard us saying how rushed we were.I felt this lady was very off in her approach to our situation. I left the shop whilst my daughter waited to pay. I have never been spoken to in such a dismissive, unhelpful way. Rude. I won't be in again.We've bought a number of things from here on our visits to Stamford. I dare say this rude lady won't be bothered about our loss of trade.

I found this shop unexpectedly. I bought a lovely handbag which was a real bargain. Clothes are beautiful & so reasonable, identical items selling up north for much more. Lots of pretty items for presents. Can't wait to return with time to try things on. A huge plus, they take cash!

Love ? this place . Beautiful clothing, accessories , scarves and the staff are lovely very helpful . I love this shop as there is always different things in to buy and not many of each item like you would get in a high street store . Also it?s great value for money . They don?t rip you off .

I go to Rapport almost every time I go to Stamford. Their selection of clothes, purses, jewelry, and other accessories is ever changing. It seems the color selections are usually what is trending for the season. They have something for almost everyone. The prices are very reasonable. Very rarely can I go in and not walk out with something.

A lovely shop which I regularly visit when I come to Stamford. Great clothes, bags, jewellery & gifts.The jewellery is different & very reasonably priced & they sell lovely decorations at Christmas.

This is a lovely place to buy clothes a little bit different, very unique and reasonable pricing. Quality of clothes are great and they are always refreshing their stock, so rarely leave without purchasing something.

I visit Stamford every Christmas for over 11 years and always shop in Rapport. This year I purchased 2 grey hand made mice, I asked the shop assistant if I could have the 2 red mice in the window as they were the last two. She refused to sell from the window as it was not possible to reach them. I questioned her reason but had to accept her opinion and left the shop. You can imagine my surprise when 15 minutes later when passing the shop I noticed the mice had gone. On entering the shop I noticed a customer had just purchased them, I asked her if she had bought them from the window which she confirmed. I turned to the same shop assistant and asked why she had sold the mice to this customer but refused me. She went red but could not answer me. My sister in law lives in stamford and between us we have spent a considerable amount of money in Rapport over the years. I can honestly say I will never shop in Rapport again as their customer service is appealing.

I absolutely love this shop !!! Gorgeous clothes , jewellery,scarves, everything ! So reasonably priced and much nicer than high street shop clothes etc .Staff are lovely , they don't jump on you as soon as you enter the door like they do in some of the other shops along St Mary's Street , well done !! Always check out this shop for everything before going into any other shops !!
