Michelle was amazing, she was a really warm person which makes you feel a lot more comfortable and not like you?re being judged (like a lot of places are) i even drifted off during my eyelash appointment, she did an amazing job with them and i?m so pleased, really listened to what i wanted and made that a reality, and then offered extra advice on acne/scarring which was really helpful to me.
