Lovely decor and environmental to shop in, staff are friendly and knowledgeable.It's personal not my kind of shop but wife's loves to spend time here and model the house around. all high end quality stuff that keeps her please for hours afterwards.

We went to this store on Saturday and products looked really nice, however the shop assistant was not friendly and I felt unwelcome. I then found a really cute item for my son and the price was £8 on sale but when I went to pay I was told that item on sale was £9.60 and she couldn?t discount it to £8! Needless to say I left without the purchase. I would not be back. Horrendous customer service. Don?t waste your time or money.

Very warm welcome - especially for me & my dog.Lovely products and good prices.I just HAD to buy something as they welcomed my little dog into the store and the sales staff made a big fuss of her.The product I bought is just perfect for my 'pig-mad sister-in-law.What a welcome change to be welcomed into a shop with my dog.A big thank you - trust you'll do well - you deserve it.
