I am disgusted with the manners of the " director manger" of this place, i called regarding a concern of one of my clients medication that only the pharmacy could answer, and got told " i am just a carer" and shouldn't be checking ? and then he continued to explain how "he went to uni for 6 years so is above me " all through this i was calm and needed to just get an answer to my concern as it is my job to ensure the safety of my clients and he hung up on me and when called back he said he will not help me unless i apologise.. i just believe this is very unprofessional. for someone that "mansplaned" his uni knowledge to me he should at least know how to speak to a customer that are trying to help someone venerable( i am posting this on behalf of another carer as she is very upset and i was in the room as the call happened )

Absolutely incredible service and always have the time for you. Any medication I have needed they have in stock they also help with find stock if they cannot supply it. Cannot recommend them enough they are very thoughtful and understanding and thank you for being a great pharmacy.

Most helpful place I have been to for years. The gentleman in there went above & beyond to help with obtaining my prescription. Extremely friendly and polite staff - can?t fault them and wish there were more places with the same customer service level. Excellent - thank you.

Outstanding service!Thanks to Stamford Pharmacy, my son will now have his life saving medication on time. After fruitless attempts at trying to source through the hospital and my GP for a week, they were able to source and supply a specialist prescription item virtually next day. Even the hospital pharmacy couldn't do that! Had I waited for the hospital to sort, we would have ran out resulting in my son being readmitted to hospital... I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. 5-stars is not merely enough to express my gratitude.
