If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate. Took a prescription in for antibiotics, sat for 20 minutes (I was the only person waiting) and then they tell me the hospital hasn?t filled the prescription properly. I give my full address which was partially missing, then 15 minutes later I get my prescription. I later get home to a voicemail telling me the payment machine failed and I need to go back to pay or get £100 fine. As if I haven?t wasted enough time there!!

If it wasn't clear from other reviews, do not send your prescriptions here!I was told my prescription would be in stock today after a failed attempt at collecting yesterday. After a 1 hour wait I was told they still don't have stock.I then could not move my prescription to another pharmacy as their system was down and they were unwilling to write a new one. This means trying to get another doctor to write a prescription from the surgery, so another week wait.This place has always been poorly managed and has a high turnover of staff. I'm assuming Katherine is more senior than the others as she's always speaking down to the other members of staff and is incredibly condescending to them. Who knows, maybe she's part of the turnover issue as she's the only constant.

Went to pick a prescription up and its closed today so far so I looked online and it stated it was open so I went there and its closed?????

After being closed for Monday, queues were outside the door for most of Tuesday. Management are either incompetent or don't care about the incredibly poor service, their lack of proper staffing, provides the community. Avoid at all costs.

Dirty often not open when should be. Slow to serve. Staff seem apathetic and not bothered.

I'm sorry to say this pharmacy is poorly managed and very disorganised. I went to collect a prescription, which I requested 10 days ago and knew they had. After waiting in a queue, I was advised they had it, but the gentleman in his words said 'we are short staffed and I don't have time to look through the baskets for it. I will text you when it's ready to collect'. I said I have 7 days supply left, he repeated 'I will text you'. I was surprised by this and having about 10 people behind me I felt I couldn't start any confrontation. I left feeling very disappointed and then rather angry as I have to now make another trip to them. Once this is sorted, my next prescription is going to a different pharmacy.

Shocking service ,took almost 2 weeks to complete repeat prescription, seldom answer phone as " too busy and understaffed." Have now moved to another supplier.

Appalling customer service. Rude and condescending. Collected incorrect medication and was made to feel it was my error. Zero customer service skills. No ?I?m sorry to hear this? ?let?s try to find what happened?. Just met with blunt responses and poor tone.

Complete lack of professionalism and complete dereliction of duty of care occurred today.Someone working here made a mistake of accepting a prescription from a service Well won't use thus voiding it . Head pharmacist refused to rectify the issue meaning we are going without vital medication until another appointment can be made with doctors. Showing a complete lack of sympathy or care which is the bare minimum you expect of a health professional.

Closed today with no explanation on the door and apparently they hadn't had the courtesy to give the surgery any explanation either, no one in there knew anything about it. As DH had gone to see why his prescription was late being delivered, he was able to get a repeat sent to Boots as he had none left. We are now signed up to get our meds delivered from there and they phone beforehand to book a day and time for delivery which is an improvement on Well where they just turned up and if you're out, tough.

I would have given 0 star rating but not an option! I would check to see if they are even open as this morning they were shut due to not having a pharmacist and apparently this isn?t the first time! Did eventually open just before lunch! Then didn?t have my tablets in stock and lady behind till said that they haven?t been able to get them for the last 3 weeks, Mmm ? Boots seem to have no problem getting them think it?s time for a change in chemists!

Absolutely appalling service. Why does it take over 2 weeks for a repeat prescription to be ready. They say don't expect it to be ready unless you receive a text.Two years ago they used to be good and you recognised the staff. Seems to be different staff each time you go now.

Where do I start? I suffer from mental health and I am on Sertraline. I was running out so I requested my tablets on 26th May. I?ve not heard a thing. Not bad considering they ?text you when it?s ready.? Also, I was in there earlier and the way one of the staff spoke to a gentleman, who was clearly hard of hearing, was disgusting. Will definitely move once I?ve collected my next prescription.

Worst pharmacy I have ever seen! I order repeat prescription 13 days ago , received it today (home delivery). Missing medication, that happened several times recently. Driver advised to call pharmacy, i call them 45 times today, not answering! !!! I don't have medication for 3days.Rude, unhelpful staff, they don't care about patients, or customer services. Need to be close .

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Would give 0 if I could.Don?t answer the phone all day, given prescription over for 5 bottles of medication, given 1 in bag and said nothing about other 4 until I asked where they was, said haven?t got them, come back next week to get more, I asked if I could cancel this one so I could go to another pharmacy for the complete course but said no as it?s already gone through, just come back next week for rest, been phoning up to see if in stock but no answer, very rude staff, never coming back to this one again
