Service was slow. My number disappeared off the screen way before I got my food. Its a shame as its a fast food restaurant.

This is the second time I've stopped here and each time I've been struck by the friendliness of the staff on the restaurant floor. It's also been immaculately clean. Good work guys and girls!

During my regular morning stop en route to work, I experienced an unusual delay in service. In my haste, I accepted my order, sensing a void in the beverage, but attributing it to a cautious fill to prevent spillage. On closer inspection, I discovered I had received a medium instead of the requested large. Regrettably, time constraints and the distance travelled made it impractical to rectify the error, leaving me discontent with the overall experience.

Ordered inside, waited to collect our order and then ate outside. The coffee was hot and our cheese burgers were fine. The outside area was clean, but most of it is in the shade from lunchtime onwards. The toilets were ok, in need of some maintenance, but clean and plenty of toilet paper. A good place for refreshments if McDonald's floats your boat on a sunny Tuesday afternoon in October '23.

Went in today and ordered from the machine to take out. Waited about 15 mins on my order. To be handed on a tray, i said its for take out not sit in, waitress looked at me like i was stupid then went and got a bag so i said nothing and left with order. Drove 6 miles down the road to where i was headin. Went to eat and the big tasty i ordered was stone cold but somehow the mozzarella sticks were still warm ?! And the cappuccino I ordered had magically turned black and fizzy with ice cubes into a coke. Obvs my fault for not noticing the drink was wrong but i was so took back by the way i was looked at for saying its take out. So needless to say i wont be back! My order number was 81 , time 13.16 date 5/10/23 if any managers see this?

Good service but not great food. Muffin buns were burnt and hard. Tough to eat. Missed off a hash brown but replaced it quickly when complained!Parking: Plenty of parking

Went drive through and ordered 2 teas, was given 3 sugars and 2 milk, asked for more and was given another 1 of each, had to ask for more again which came with an attitude.

Food was fresh. Always best when its made fresh. Only downfall local kids running in and out being a nuisance but mcdonalds cant do much about it.Other downfall was the carpark was horrendous as too many delivery drivers taking up space, they have made a seperate space for delivery collection which has massively improved the inside.

It doesn't matter if it's busy or quiet; you drive thru, eat in or take away, the food is always cold, and you are always disappointed.You used to be able to excuse this as Mcdonald's was reasonably priced, but now it is over priced for mediocre food.

food was not cooked properly as chips was not salted white and dry and my chicken wrap was aweful chicken was chewy the milkshake was warm and tasted aweful will never go
