Had items with sale prices on them, all around the shop but when we got to the till, they said they were no longer in the offer! They wouldn't honour the price on the box! The cashier just shrugged her shoulders saying there's nothing she can do!

Awful. The store let you reserve an item, email you to collect it and then inform you that it?s out of stock. They then offer you a more expensive alternative.
