ive been served three times by the same lady that has been just as rude every time, she was in a different shirt to other staff so possibly a team leader that explains her bully behaviour, but either or she needs to be told when people come to the bank it is usually because they have an issue they cant resolve themselves so its best not to speak to them like they are stupid and do what you are there for, and not act like you are giving me a special reward for moving money for me when i don't have my card just my passport. next time ill wait to be served by someone else
