Staff always pleasant and helpful

So rude and obnoxious. Deffo a reason to avoid, maybe some customer services training would help. But I would doubt it

Awful post office. Make up opening hours after travelling to pick up items. Staff never happy and unfriendly. Id give zero stars if i could. Shame I have to use it occasionally! Staff probably better suited to a different job ?

Went to this shop tonight 16/12/21 and was treated like something of the bottom on her shoe because I asked a question about returning my parcel, the lady with the brown short hair needs training in people skills, I will definitely not be using there post office again?

I would give no stars if I could. The manager Ray is surly, rude, grumpy and ill mannered. Terrible customer service. Sometimes he does not talk at all the rest of the staff are really no better. Not gappy in their work obviously. Are they trained in how to speak to customers, no eye gobtact and ignoring me and talking between themselves.

I hate this store, it's been there for years and I infrequently have the displeasure of having to use it. I can honestly say I've never once enjoyed being in there, the shop is tacky, disorganised, but worse still the staff are miserable and rude...where do they find these people?

The cash machine charges 20% to withdraw £10.00, that?s got to be wrong for a local store, who mainly support the elderly in the area. It?s the only cashpoint for most people locally.

Mcolls is a great store for when you run out of essentials like toilet roll, eggs, bread, milk, kitchen roll and soup. If you can not find what you want the staff are friendly and always try to help you. Also helpful that there is a cash point
