We have used this post office regularly as a family for many years. There is one elderly lady with grey hair and glasses (not sure of her name) who works here. Every time my 13 year old son enters this shop and this lady is on the till she is vile to my son for no apparent reason, she speaks to him in an aggressive, condescending and abrupt manner. And has also embarrass him in front of other customers whist doing it. For context my son is a lovely polite quiet boy who excels at school and has never been in any sort of trouble and this treatment has not been nice for him at all. Can we not give our young people the respect that most of them deserve!As for the lady in question I hope you read this and are as embarrassed as you have made my son feel.

Very friendly helpful staff , busy at certain times but never had to wait too long. Much much better than West Kirby PO, il never use them again, the complete opposite .Just been again, a week later. Jack and Ethan were excellent. So very helpful , not often you see this these days. Brilliant service ????

I called up asking about photocopying services as we needed to get something photocopied and in the post quickly. They couldn't help but were ever so helpful in telling me where my nearest post office was that could help me.Every time i go into this post office i find the staff pleasant and helpful, great little post office/shop.

A great post office. Friendly staff. Excellent access and parking. Very efficient. Occasionally a queue but just due to volume of demand not the staff. Recommend!!!
