This place it's never open! And really ridiculous opening hours that always change. Few hours there then close and few hours here in a day. Always keeping my parcel hostage as I have to keep on coming in random times in day to see if this place it's open. I really hate missing my delivery cause I know I will have to go through hell to get my property. Never seen something like this from royal mail in any City or town.

Why doesn?t Royal Mail give a delivery time slot neither doesn?t call when they?re outside like any other courier? Not everyone lives in building with 24/7 reception and there?s no other ways to get out bloody parcels! Now I?ve got to wait till the end of the day tomorrow so that it?s dropped off at the post office, what a shame.
