I've bought several beds & replacement mattresses from these guys & would fully recommend. I've also bought headboards separately too. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, & no question is to silly or small! They have a great range & go the extra mile to help. Delivery is quick & easy.

My disabled 73 year old friend ordered a bed paid full price over £800 cash was assured on the day nothing to worry about delivery etc and that everything would be doneOn day of delivery which was on time delivery was dropped in house all still wrapped and not assembled and it was left to his friends to assemble bed headboard etc and remove all packagingWhen phoned to complain person wasn?t interestedWill certainly not use again or recommend to friends and family and would use another local company to go now the meaning of customer service

Nice show room and decent guys working there. Bought a wardrobe was delivered 2 days later. Missing part not at there fault and was replaced the minute I told them. Great store

Excellent service from walking through the door and buying a bed and mattress, to the guys that delivered the bed and assembled it for us.Took less than two weeks for it to be delivered. No rubbish left behind, incredibly professional, will be buying from here in the future!

There is no lift for disabled/pram friendly access inside the shop to get to the next floor only stairs. Took my little one in his pram to find a mattress. Ones to look at were upstairs with no access so we left. No point putting a ramp outside the shop if you have no kind of access inside it.*edit* we asked to look at a single mattress for a kids bed

Although not our first bed from WBS, it was the first to have developed an issue. I needn't have worried the aftersales was second to none. All sorted quickly & efficiently, well to done everyone involved

I had to order four single beds for a flat we own but as we live out of area, I had to do this over the phone. I took their advice on a mid range comfortable mattress and divan set which was very reasonably priced. We went with the ?Silk? mattress. They arrived on time on the agreed delivery date and everything was great. The mattresses are very comfy. Would definitely recommend them.

The geezer on the dog and bone said 99 quid for a single bedSo I walked down on foot expecting to pay just that only to discover that the actual price was 180 and I had been misled and 99 was just the starting priceSo I ended up getting the exact same bed on market place for 75 then went to the cross and got tanked upPlus I like to sing and dance in my underpants
