Amazing service, I was in a rush at the time and there was a few people in front of me but Vicky managed to get everyone sorted quickly and told me I was free to pick my shoes up after work as she would be there late. I collected my shoes a quarter of an hour after closing time, the shoes were perfect and Vicky was still all smiles.

I went into Timpson in Bidston and Victoria served me with some dry cleaning, she was extremely helpful explained that my dry cleaning would be back in roughly two days, and served me with a smile. Will definitely be returning.

Avoid at all costs!Ok so went this morning. After ringing up last week about getting my car key cut and programmed, only to be told by a young vhat who was too interested on his phone in the kiosk than what i was actually there for, that apparently cutting a car key is illegal and id have to buy one of theirs! Genuinely laughed in his face before putting a complaint in to timpsons head office detailing what happened.If you need a key cut support a local business with someone who actually knows his craft and is able to do the job!
