I as a seller am appalled at how long it took them to deliver a sma?l packet 24hr tracked it lay at Upton 48hrs before delivery posted Manchester 20th December arrived Upton on 21st 5-45am out for delivery 23rd and was delayed then from time given to 17-45pm the customer lived on same road as delivery office was on the brink of collecting it himself I feel they need more staff at this delivery office ?

Postman never bothers to write code on the red slip, so I can never use the online service to rearrange delivery. Waited 25 minutes on the phone. Not really sure what the point of it all is?

This office has the most ridiculous opening times. If you work, it?s nearly impossible to collect a package from here. Other than that all good ??

WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN!!! Do you just go "ah that's enough for today" and of you pop home. Wish I could do that. How do I collect a parcel from you if I work 9 to 6 every day (because that's the hours I am contractually obligated to do) if its like a lucky dip if your open or not?

I can understand that sorting mail then walking around with it whatever the weather can be tedious & hard work but it's your job & people usually do their job to the best of their ability, & I know Royal Mail workers get a decent wage. I'm always getting post intended for neighbours, sometimes for other streets, sometimes even intended for complete other areas of the peninsula & our mail often doesn't get to us at all but online it says delivered, Yeah but not to us! The delivery office is hardly ever open, I'd have given 1* but when you do your job right you do it well, shame that that's not a constant thing, 2*.

They tried to deliver package about 4 hours before the estimated delivery time, when nobody was in, and then they took it back to the sorting office which is hardly ever open. If DPD, or most other courier services, would have brought my delivery I'd have it by now without any messing about

Really annoyed, went to pick my parcel up, but the office was closed. Spoke to a member of staff, they said its only open for a limited period per day. That's not a problem at all, but why dont you let the public know, by printing it on the collection card that you put through my door. So I travelled 10 miles there and back, for a complete waste of time. I really dont know why anyone uses royal mail parcel service, its terrible, how are you still in business ?????

Left a card saying couldn't deliver parcel due to signature required. Took card to sorting office to collect only for them not to recognise the tracking number on the card and they cant find package. They always delivering someone else's mail to me and Mine to neighbours. Think they should send their postmen to specsavers

very good service and always on time with my parcels postman is always very nice to chat to and from this lockdown has been a very good help in assisting me with the whereabouts of my parcels when they're delayed always leaves a card if I'm out and miss the post so I can collect my parcel anytime as long as it's be4 1pm in the day but all's good 5 star service

Should be parking. I hate ordering online if I know it is royal mail as the stress of collecting the parcel is a joke. If you go in to the car park you get kicked off on by the jobs worth driving instructors and if you park outside you are on double yellows and blocking the road. Its a lose lose situation. They should have an area for parking or have a word with the jobs worth driving instructors to stop harassing people who are just trying to collect their possessions.
