I have never experienced anything quite like this when going to collect my winnings. The shop itself was in complete uproar and could not hear myself think.The shop manager was completely abrupt and rude on several occasions whilst I was attempting to settle a bet. He did not seem to have a clue what he was doing and offered incorrect amounts of money twice. And told me not to put tricast bets on in his shop!Two or three times he seemed to be trying to intimidate me into incorrectly settling my winning bet. Claiming the race itself was not a tricast race even though I had been looking at it online for some time and clearly was.After being offered a measly amount for my winning bet I began to realise that this was seeming a little fishy he hadn't scanned my betslip to get the value and was offering me next to nothing to "settle it now"As I left the shop he began shouting at me. This is not normal behaviour in the slightest especially for the store manager.I am wondering how legitimate this all was and think I may have been close to being scammed. I will be taking this further with William Hill as something is not right here at all.Player beware, swerve this place
