I love using this branch as the girls are really helpful. The only downside is that the building is a little on small size were the cashier's are which means that whoever is waiting to be served can hear all your business. Also, this branch really needs to be open on a Saturday morning as I work all week and I cannot get to the Ellesmere Port branch. But, overall this branch is a real asset to your business!!! X

Imagine having a service where it's impossible to use if you have a job, a service that handles your money which you only get by having a job. Pathetic! What's the point, this never used to be the case! Clearly some lazy people working at nationwide these days.

It is so disgusting that this building society Nationwide is open 5 days a week Monday to Friday but it's closed Saturday and Sunday day ,when most people get paid and get given check sometimes. Even if they opened just for few hours would make a lot of difference for some people.

I went into the Bromborough Branch last year with a complex matter regarding probate. The staff were extremely helpful and even stayed past thier closing time to resolve the matter. I cannot praise them enough.They are all a great asset to the Nationwide.

I visited this building society today for the first time. I had decided to join a building society which had a branch local to me. Sometimes it is good to speak to someone face to face. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed in this branch. Thank you.
