Every time I go to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription, they claim they don?t have it and then make me wait 30 mins for it.I also had to go in for a blood pressure reading so rang up to check, they said okay just come in - so I did, then they said they can?t take my blood pressure because I?m too young (so frustrating as I rang up to confirm!)

The team from this pharmacy really went 'above and beyond' to help me track down a medication prescribed for our 12 month old. They literally drove to another pharmacy to pick up as I didn't have a car and the weather was awful. If I could give 10 stars I would ?

We went to boots for covid test kits all you do is log onto NHS site for covid19 test kit they send you a log number to your phone which you show to the lady behind the counter and she will give you your free test kit

Boots in formby was good i needed mascara and aftershave .an assistant called jen helped me and told me about all the offers I could have .so I bought what I love soap and glory .so happy with my service xxx

Never have stock of medications always having to return. Medication not ready when text says collect. One heck of waiting around. Now transferred my business to Rowlands and much better.
