Oh my god staff are horrible useless not helpful very lazy from sales to shop floor not recommended at they made me carry all my wood with no help. Also no health and safety.They expect you to around the work shop with no safety?I wil never use them again they are not worth giving them any business

Originally dealt with 'Beers' online ordering various building materials for on going works. It was also a pleasure to talk to the staff when I needed to hurry up the building materials which was was no problem. A decrapency on the delivery when it arrived was very quickly and professionally sorted out. Prices are very competitive and quality products.

Nobody about, poor signposting, went to B&Q.Update following response: it was about 3pm Friday 19th Mar. There was a chap on the gate having a smoke and not really guiding anyone so I don't think that is the person you thought was there. Maybe he was temporarily away. I think you need to adjust your website. There is nothing on there to help customers understand what your systems are and if there is supposed to be someone marshalling, but isn't, then you'll lose business as happened with me. Your online presence is very good. That's why I decided to try you. Sadly the reality when I got there was very different. Thanks for responding.
