Absolutely rubbish opening times & no cashpoint in my preferred branch for location (Heswall). Also frustrated I didn't know when opening account that you can't use the post office to deposit cash.

The place is barely open so on the odd occasion that it is you end up queuing for hours. This time I had to give up after 20 minutes, next time I?ll be closing my accounts.

Brilliant Heswall Nationwide Building Society .staff sort all your problems out within minutes. its never a problem .they never send you away,make you come back its sorted on the spot if they can they will ... they are the best .. .staff are so lovely ..so helpfull .caring ..very polite .Best bank I've ever had .can do attitude ..

Truly believe in good customer service and this branch is full of helpful staff , so much so I?ve moved all my business to them . Great friendly staff .

I visited Heswall branch today, I was having trouble with my card reader. A young lady named Chelsea served me and advised that I needed a new one which she provided. I was struggling trying to get it to work. As soon as she was able she came and sat with me and talked me through the whole set up. She was so professional helpful I thanked her fans was able to complete my task. Just wanted to say a big thank you.
