Every time I go into this post office to claim my disability car tax they turn me away. First time they said I didn?t have the correct documents, however New Brighton post office processed my car tax no issue. Today yet again turned away as they said I needed new forms as I?d changed my car. Once again another post office in Greasby processed my forms without any issues. They definitely need training.

Staff are quite abrupt and I tend to stay away for that reason.The shop itself is very run down and old, irby is definitely better.Cash only as well which is mad in this day and age!

Lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask being cev that made me uncomfortable.Not only that, she was awkward and unhelpful, she refused to put the postcode on her customs form to where the package was going.I had just printed out all the details as instructed to just drop off and payUnfriendly, unhelpful awkward, not what you need to start your dayI will not be returning

Went in today with my Red Card that was left a few days ago after failed delivery to be told 'your at the wrong place' totally dismissive and tried to send me to Heswall, I told the gentleman I had it directed to that very post office and I had a text with that post code and ready to collect, only to be told AGAIN I was wrong and in the wrong place, only when I forcefully told him I was in the right place and it was here did he reluctantly check, and what did he find ?, my parcel waiting to be collected........

Another post office let me down with the wrong opening hours displayed online. Pensby were on hand the next day when I was in the locality with work. Pleasant gentleman behind the counter and genuinely helpful. Will use this service again when next in the area. Thanks.

This is a fantastic post office and I will not use any other. It's not perfect just like everything else in life but the staff are very nice people and very professional and that's all I need.

I was sold today 12 first class stamps when I requested 6, I made a genuine mistake with how much I was paying and the man laughed at me. I have never come across such a rude arrogant man and I'm still sat working out how 3 large stamps, a book of 12 first class stamps and postage on a parcel I was sending came to £18.90 but I wasn't given a receipt so have no proof to query it with..
