The post office staff refuses customers before the closing time. Unfriendly. At the same time I feel for the staff and their job retention. It?s much cheaper and convenient to pay online, collection and labels are free too. Plus our postman is way friendlier which makes a difference when you post a lot!

This review is for the 2 lovely staff that were working in the post office today. They were busy but showed patience and politeness. They were very efficient and the guy that served me was very helpful to me and to an elderly lady who was struggling to fill in a form. Thank you!

Advertised as opening until 5:30pm but stop postage services at ?5:15ish? so therefore won?t take your parcels. Go elsewhere - it?s got worse with new owners.

Website clearly says they are open until 1730. But they refuse to serve you after 1715, and let you wait in line before letting you know. Then cheerfully ask ?see you tomorrow??. Not likely! I will go to a different branch, thanks very much. They also let their kids play behind the counter - totally unprofessional.

Be warned, when it says they close at 5.30. This actually means they are open but won't serve you. As they have already cashed up and packed awayready to go home by 5:15. Terrible service
