Absolute farce....give delivery slot and then tell me I have to wait another week for delivery....

TV delivery bought on Amazon. Delivery by Arrow. Time slot allocated and I was kept informed of live progress during the slot - both in the Arrow app and by phone from the delivery drivers Barry and Damian. Given 5 stars as I had a problem with the delivery but the lady in the office and van driver sorted it quickly and efficiently thank you
