Meet n Greet young lady, sorry didnt get name, was extremely courteous and apologised for wait ( didnt have apptmnt), and once again Isobel was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was seen by Lucy, the Manageress there, and she was brilliant. Courteous, professional and she managed to sort everything out for me. Helped us so much.Explained to us that I might just loose my money if it's a fraud.
